Bat'leth

The Bat'leth (roughly translated 'sword of honor') is a Klingon bladed weapon, with a high cultural significance. According to Klingon mythology, the first Bat'leth was crafted by Kahless the Unforgettable, who used it to slay the tyrant Molor. It is a favored weapon of many Klingon warriors, with a Bat'leth often passed down through a family for generations.
Physically, the Bat'leth is a crecent-shaped bladed weapon resembling a double-ended scimitar, with three handholds along the outer edge of the blade. A standard Bat'leth is made from baakonite composite, has a length of 116 centimeters, an exterior hand-grip diameter of 5 centimeters, and weighs 5.3 kilograms.
