Lieutenant Junior Grade Zoe Orianna Enlor is the Security Duty Officer Outpost Gamma One. As an Ensign, she served in the former Ad Hoc Allied Task Force Gamma One on both the USS Marathon and the USS Vanguard as a security officer, only becoming a Mission Specialist upon her promotion. Despite the short time that she has served as an officer, Zoe has more extensive Starfleet experience. She enlisted in 2369, despite having a spot in Starfleet Academy. It has never been revealed publicly why Lieutenant Enlor took this alternate route through the fleet. During her enlisted time, she was assigned as a part of the Planetary and Outpost Defense Corps in a squad named Echo Alpha.

Zoe has two older sisters. Analorie, whose career path is unknown, and Celes, who is a well-regarded holonovelist. A cousin, Emaelia Zeran, the former Chief Medical Officer of the USS Vanguard, now serves as the Senior Researcher for the Federation Science Council on Outpost Gamma One. Virtually nothing else is known of Zoe's life before Starfleet to the crew of Gamma One.

In 2373, in the opening days of the Dominion War, Zoe was declared as Missing-in-Action, and presumed Killed-in-Action (Otherwise known as Missing-Presumed-Dead). Her status remained as such for two full months until she and her squad were miraculously rescued from the moon Miranth IIa. Zoe had very extensive injuries which included the full replacement of two limbs (Her left arm and left leg are biosynthetic replacements. She entered Starfleet Academy as her rehabilitation process began. Zoe has an interest in melee combat, and is known to have her own Chaka, given to her as a gift by her commanding officer during her cadet cruise. Zoe is known to be shy in most situations and often doubtful of her skill (with the exception of her phaser skill, which is her only bragging point). Initially this shyness combined with low self-image crafted a view that she is cold, uncaring, and unemotional. Despite Zoe's non-belief in her own abilities, she has her Demolitions/Explosive Ordinance Device, Rapid Reponse, Mission Operations, and Line Officer Certifications, and has been commended for her skill. Recently, she has earned the first reprimand of her career, causing her to be removed from her regularly scheduled promotion cycle.

Socially, it has been stated that Zoe does not drink alcohol or synthehol. This technically isn't true as during very rare circumstances (usually revolving around her being unhappy), she has been spied drinking alcoholic beverages. It has been rumored that besides bladed weapons of multiple cultures, that Zoe keeps a scoreboard in her quarters that is titled "Takedowns" with the categories of "Them" and "Us" underneath. The "Us" category is dominating. Besides lacking in muscle definition on her left side, the only other visible evidence of her major reconstructive surgery is the lack of spots on her left leg. Zoe, unlike most Trill appears to be very much against the practice of joining, ironic since the family member she is closest to is a joined Trill.

In early 2380, Zoe left the station quite suddenly on what appeared to be a last minute vacation. Strangely enough, she packed her entire quarters up before she left. Her vacation proved to be quite the experience. (Parental Discontent-57382.9)

• FLEET 2379: 57092.2 LTJG Enlor is part of the operations crew that helped to prevent the destruction of a Kraahk vessel from sabotage.
• FLEET 2379: Zoe was instrumental in the investigation of the sabotage aboard the Kraahk vessel. With the help of Kraahk authorities, witnesses, and sensor data, she managed to create a holographic simulation that recreated the explosion that could be studied and analyzed. The simulation produced fruitful results, and a copy was given to the Kraahk authorities to help them with their own internal investigations.
