Hermes-class
From Star Trek: Gamma One
The Hermes-class vessel is a heavy scout ship introduced by Starfleet in 2264. A patrol and diplomatic vessel built with near-identical lines to the Saladin-class Light Cruiser and practically indistinguishable from it by most scans. Bigger than a Miranda, but less well rounded.
