Admin Structure

Simply put, there is no normal administrative structure on this game. We try not to pigeonhole staff into helping out in only one area, because that staff member is a 'Tinyplot Writer' for example. Every staff member is marked in '+staff' and '+staff/all' with the types of work they can handle.

The idea behind this is simple -- get an admin team which is flexible and can handle helping out the game in several different areas.

Admin Respect

The administrative staff on the game are volunteers who assist the players to roleplay and enjoy the game. They are expected to show players respect and act professionally. However players are also expected to treat staff with respect. Yelling, threatening, insulting or otherwise abusive and/or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

If you are angry enough to insult or yell, then take a break from the game. Once you have had a chance to cool down then return and discuss your concerns. If you feel you can not talk with a particular staff member then let staff know and you can discuss the matter with another staff member.

Failure to treat staff (and other players) with respect will result in warnings, strikes or outright banning if the behaviour is either repetitive or serious enough.

NOTE: Player Ombudsmen are not staff members.
