In the case of any discrepancy between the news files on the game and those here on the wiki, the news files on the game are correct version.
Please check +staff/all for an Ombudsman or Player Relations player. This player is not a member of staff, but a player who simply handles player complaints.
How to file a complaint:
- @mail or page the Ombudsman and detail your complaint.
- Provide supporting logs of the events in question.
- The Ombudsman will file the complaint with staff. The complaint will be anonymous. (Note: Sometimes due to the content of the complaint it's impossible for it to be truly anonymous. IE: the situation clearly indicates which player is involved. However, all efforts will be made to keep it anonymous.)
- The Ombudsman will receive a response from staff regarding the complaint.
If there is no Ombudsman listed in +staff/all, please file your complaint to the Head Admin, or to another staffer whom you feel comfortable with.
