From Star Trek: Gamma One
In the case of any discrepancy between the news files on the game and those here on the wiki, the news files on the game are correct version.
Big Huge Important Note: At this time, Star Trek: Gamma One does not accept donations. This page is kept for historical archive reasons.
Some players may wish to donate to the game to help out the operating costs. First and most importantly it will be noted that players are not required to pay any fees to use the game, or to get benefits. The game is free. Second, and also very important, it will be noted that donating the game does not result in benefits in anyway. If you donate to the game you won't get a promotion faster, won't get easier rolls, won't get to ignore rules and so on. Even if you donate you will still be a regular player. That said, if you are interested in donating, the donations goes directly to paying for the hosting package for the game. None of the money goes to the game admin.
You can donate by simply providing funds. To do so, speak with Halmar to receive information on getting the money either to him or directly to nails.
You can also donate by purchasing our Cafe Press stuff. The ST:GO logo has been placed on shirts, mugs, mouse pads and so on. When you purchase one of these items, the profit will be treated as a donation. The ST:GO Cafe Press is at http://www.cafepress.com/stgo
