News Files:IC Mail

From Star Trek: Gamma One

In the case of any discrepancy between the news files on the game and those here on the wiki, the news files on the game are correct version.

Some players choose to contact each other through @mail, and note in the title or body that the mail is 'IC'. There is nothing wrong with doing this, however, staff note that we cannot enforce consequences based on IC Mail. Staff can not tell when you sent an 'IC Mail', nor can we confirm if there was a response. If you want to send and IC Mail via @mail, you can, but please do not expect staff to enforce things from it.

If you want to schedule a meeting, request training or tests, plan work or so on, please use +reports. Staff and senior PCs can monitor reports and if a player fails to act ICly on reports or requests, they can receive IC punishment, or in extreme cases OOC sanctions for inactivity.
