In the case of any discrepancy between the news files on the game and those here on the wiki, the news files on the game are correct version.
While we like to see players being active and starting their own plots, there is also a limit on how much a player can start without staff involvement. Plots need to be checked to make sure they fit into the setting and theme of the game.
If you have a minor plot you'd like to work on, such as working on research, engineering challenges, scientific experiments and so on, then +pitch it. If its something that you can run without regular staff involvement, staff will approve the pitch with any information they feel should be provided to you.
If the plot you pitch is acceptable for the game, but is not simple enough for you to run on your own, staff will either assist you or run the plot for you.
If you have ideas or questions, please +pitch or +request so that staff can provide you with answers and information. We certainly enjoy player ideas.
