In the case of any discrepancy between the news files on the game and those here on the wiki, the news files on the game are correct version.
We maintain our website using a wiki, allowing us to store our IC game history.
Remember that the wiki's OOC existence is no substitute for IC learning of the facts via briefing by a fellow officer or onscreen computer research and deduction supported by +Rolls. While we at this time have no hard, fast rules against using the wiki as a resource, please use common sense when choosing information to use. You should not be cutting and pasting from the wiki for roleplay, or parroting it. The wiki should be treated like an IC archive. Some of the material would be readily available, or even committed to your PC's memory, while much of it would take research either involving reasonable console use or formal +rolls. In this we trust you to use you common sense, but should we notice players committing all wiki contents to memory, or parroting, or cutting and pasting then we will address these concerns with those players.
