Summary: Helping USS Marathon's weary ground team commanders run the last of the first-wave sweeps of the Sisyphus and Tantalus complexes while Marathon itself is out of the system, the bridge crew of USS Vanguard are on-scene for an explosion in the complex below that leaves two crewmen dead and another two injured, and a mysterious hole in the planetoid remains.

Upon intervening in the fray to seek to move beyond it, the bridge crew of USS Marathon makes a discovery that could rock the very Celestial Temple itself.

Summary: A simple engineering job to make the former Jem'hadar barracks on Sisyphus more livable as temporary quarters for engineers working long shifts groundside on the Gamma One construction project becomes something more complicated when some old Dominion security systems, missed in the sweeps because of the logical differences in the way Starfleet and the Dominion handle security technology, activate in a countdown to .... something.
At Ease in Zion

Summary: A tactically simple but politically volatile mission: Escort a medical ship containing former Federation citizens who, having been conquered by the Dominion, and now freed again, have decided to remain Dominion citizens, to their new homeworld in Dominion space. But under the watchful gaze of a Dominion battlecruiser, firmly cut off from any support, the bridge crew of USS Marathon notice that this simple delivery of refugees may be anything but.

The Remaining Third Empty

Summary: With the Ferengi Commerce Authority and at least a small faction of Cardassians determined to seize New Bajor, a small and entirely outnumbered force of Bajoran Militia must rely on Starfleet officers twisting the very limits of what Starfleet regulations will allow in helping commit an act of desparate violence enough to make the would-be conquerers see how costly their victory could be.

Summary: When the very advanced people of a perfect Class M world who had previously agreed to host small Federation and Klingon colonies simply disappear and stop returning hails, USS Marathon is the first on the scene, and its bridge crew works to solve the mystery before the Federation Ambassador and the Klingon starship commander who brokered the deals arrive in their anger.

Dark Facade

Summary: While returning to Sisyphus-Tantalus from a brief mission to New Bajor, USS Frontenac responds to a distress call from a Bajoran cargo and personnel transport, MS Hathon. The ship, which is only carrying cargo and a small crew, is under attack by a Draxili interceptor. But, all is far from what is appears to be.

Summary: A fatal tunnel collapse in the Tantalus mining complex quickly draws accusations of Ferengi sabotage. A Starfleet team is sent to investigate and discover if the incident is merely an accident, or if, in this case, business really is war.
Stooping in Flight

Summary: A distress call while on a simple errand causes USS Frontenac to change course, and deal with a Science council vessel on a classified mission that seems to hinder the efforts of the Starfleet crew to help them.
Possession

Summary: Possession is 9/10ths of the law, or so the saying goes. When a Federation Starship is sent to intercept an illegal weapons shipment to a group of Cardassian dissidents, LTJG Teliri Gwyn might just find that matters aren't always quite that simple.

Summary: The USS Frontenac is sent to explore and investigate the nature of the debris field known as The Little Boneyard. Whether all the ships truly are lifeless derilects is, of course, an open question...
Mountain in the Molehill
Cast: I'diera, McCall, Nova, Ryn, Tralan, Tren, and Woolfe
Summary: After a couple of weeks of attacks by the Shtali Extremists, the Draxili Empire formally requests assistance from Starfleet in locating the rogues. Starfleet identifies the most likely base of operations as the third moon of the sixth planet in System 54221. An infiltration team is sent to arrest the criminals and subsequently shut down their mercenary operation. What they find, however, is far worse than a small group of radicals: a Dominion listening post that has been reactivated by the Shtali and is sending information about Alliance operations in the Sisyphus-Tantalus System deep into Dominion space.
Among the Bloody Banners
Cast: Carlosi, Driscoll, Imele, Ranev, Rapier, and T'Aryl
Summary: In an attempt to change the lingering bad impression held by the Yue-ii about the UFP and the Alliance, a diplomatic mission makes its way to some kind of festival on the Yue-ii homeworld. But as the Yue-ii get drunk and caught up in the moment, any misstep could be the third strike on any attempt to forge good relations.
Let Sleeping Dogs Lie
Cast: Durgan, Ekyo, Gwyn, Hara, I'diera, Matthews, and Nova
Summary: An extraction and demolition team consisting mainly of engineers and demolitions specialists from USS Vanguard and USS Marathon return to System 54221 via Shuttlecraft Avogadro where an abandoned Dominion listening post was discovered only a few weeks before as a base of operations for the Shtali criminals. Just as they prepare to leave, they discover that a sleeping dog still keeps watch on this property.
Minvar Wrecks
Cast: Decius, Eviess, McCall, Meriweather, and Woolfe
Summary: The choices made by Centurion Minvar as leader of the planet Vekhet come back to haunt him, when his claims to supernatural power anger the Dominion, prompting retaliation. A Federation diplomatic team is rushed to Vekhet in a last-ditch attempt to keep the people of Vekhet from the disasterous consequences of being caught in the middle.
Minvar Ex
Cast: Decius, Enlor, Eviess, Ivari, T'Aryl, and Tren
Summary: With Minvar's ambitions nearly leading to their extermination, the people of Vekhet decide perhaps their god-emperor isn't so godlike after all and stage his overthrow. The Romulans request a Federation team be sent to extract Minvar so that he can be returned to Romulus to stand trial for his crimes, but Minvar isn't likely to go quietly...
A Field of Poppies
Cast: Cohen, Decius, Enlor, Imele, Takahashi, and Zeran
Summary: While returning from a drop-off of Commander Bensen and tour of the USS Nova, a science team from USS Marathon obtains approval to investigate a potentially inhabitable planet on the return trip. Contact with the team is lost shortly after landing, resulting in a rescue being launched by the Vanguard.

Summary: Accompanied by a handful of Starfleet officers disguised as Bajorans, Major Tralan Andril and Lieutenant Hara Ihn covertly infiltrate the Hai-Stakar slave population, discovered almost a year ago by Starfleet to be descendents of Bajorans plucked from Bajor in millenia past, to begin the long process towards emancipation and re-assimilation.

Summary: As a sign of respect and good faith, Elestran officials invite the Alliance to send representatives to a large festival that is being hosted on the wealthy border colony of Ruessa. The Alliance obliges and sends USS Marathon as the closest starship to represent the Alliance at the festival. When the Elestra hear of their response, they declare the representatives "guests of honor" and schedule a ceremony for them prior to the beginning of the festivities. The guests are honored with styles and a most unique gift, a pair of creatures known as Raeledelf.

Summary: A Dopterian freighter has been crippled by what appears to be a Ferengi attack, but the Ferengi, lingering on the scene, have an ulterior motive: an offer to make to Daniel McCall.

But are the Elders and their guests betrayed to the Masters?
