The USS Glo'oo is in the proud tradition of Starfleet is one of the designated Saurian ships of the fleet, named for the continent of Sauria which launched their first warp-capiable probe. Unlike most Federation members, there are far more ships that are completely Saurian crewed due to the communal nature of Saurians being even more rigid than that of Andorians. As such, it is a Saurian-only ship and it is known to have gone on a 5 year mission from 2257 to 2262.
